Virtual Art Proofs

After you’ve submitted your custom artwork (vector format is preferred - .ai or .eps), we’ll send you a free digital proof of how your design will look when it’s printed on your promotional products. We do the first proof, and the first revision for FREE! After that, there is a $30 charge to make a change.

Your art proof will be a digital representation of how the items you order will look, sized to scale. We do our best to review each proof for errors, but we ask you to look over your proof, too. Check it to make sure everything looks good to you, including the spelling, imprint color, imprint size, item color, and font spacing.

Once the order and virtual proof have been approved by you, USImprints cannot be held responsible for any errors on art proofs. In addition, USImprints cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been printed and accepted by the customer. So please, review everything carefully, and make sure you get the product that you want!
